The Video Experience

People want to be entertained. Whether the video is about a product, person or event, it needs to look good and keep the viewer's attention. With a combined total of 30 years shooting experience, rest assured the video you want can be achieved. Add in some motion graphics from our designers and animators and you get a professional looking product at a cost you can afford.

Our Equipment

With five edit bays, we can handle large scale projects with ease. Final Cut Pro coupled with After Effects, allows us to create affordable, high quality video in a timely manner. Our workflow also includes the Sony EX-1 HD video camera giving us instant playback in the field. Sound is no problem either - we use handheld, shotgun and lav mics for the appropriate situation. We have full access to a large greenscreen and have constructed a dolly system that provides unique looking shots to add depth to your video. All of gear is designed around travel so we can shoot on location anywhere in the world.

Enjoy some examples of our work:

Skullcandy Snoop Dogg Headphone Launch
Another fun project for us. We filmed Snoop's live show in Vegas in February and now that his headphone is out, Skullcandy had us put together this little video to promote the launch. Enjoy!

Skullcandy Product Ad
We do a lot for SkullcandyTV.com but it is usually event highlights. Finally we had a chance to make something a little more fun to work on. This is an ad for their new headphones called the Asym. The 3D graphics were done by Jared Bastian. Quin and I fiilmed it and I edited it. Enjoy. Thanks.

And Art Timelapse Montage
We've done some really random timelapses over the past few months. All of these were shot on the Sony EX-1 - some on S&Q at 1 frame and some using interval.

Wakeskating with Scott Byerly & Brandon Thomas
Dave just got back from the Orlando Dew Tour. He shot FMX, Skate and a ton of wakeboarding and wakeskating. Scott and Brandon are amazing wakeskaters. All of this footage is from one session behind the boat. He shot this with the Sony EX1 in 720 24P overcranked in S&Q to 60 fps. He had the Letus Extreme adapter but he thought it would be too hard to ride on the waverunner and try to focus and zoom that thing. He would like to give thanks to his waverunner driver - Jason Kimball for keeping him the correct distance from the rider....and dry.  The clouds kept rolling in but there were major breaks to let the sun in. The beats were provide by my man brisk. myspace.com/briskoner.

$60 Dolly Test Shots with Letus and EX1

We went out to test the newly constructed dolly. For $60 it works amazingly well. We shot using the Sony EX1 with the Letus extreme adapter* with a canon FD 50mm lens in S&Q at 60 fps. Quin's design of the dolly is pretty amazing. It is made of aluminum and can be folded up to fit in a travel bag or attached to the side of a film pack. We use the ogio.com packs. They are awesome for the HVX and EX1. We got the wheels for our dolly for free from our buddies at milosport.com but they have them for a good price anyway.

Song: Cat Stevens -"lily white"

*All but the very last shot were filmed using the Letus.
